The Clinical Sciences North Building soon will be home to a student lounge and coffee kiosk. It will provide comfortable furnishings for relaxing and socializing, wireless Internet access and a coffee bar with a wide variety of beverages, including Starbucks coffee, and snacks. Look for the grand opening at the start of the new academic year
Set down your coffee cup and pick up your pen. We need your creative ideas for the name of our new coffee bar soon to be under construction at the Clinical Sciences North Building.
College of Medicine students, faculty and staff are invited to enter the contest to name the coffee bar. Entries can be submitted to NameTheOasis@uic.edu or by visiting the College of Medicine homepage at www.medicine.uic.edu.
Multiple entries from one individual will be accepted; however, you must use a separate entry form for each suggested name. You are encouraged to explain why you chose a particular name. The most creative and interesting reasons will be considered when the coffee bar name is selected by a committee comprised of the College of Medicine faculty, staff and students. The prize for the winning name, will be announced at the Grand Opening.
